Privacy built around creative work

Conzooming transforms your gallery into mosaics and zoom videos. This page explains what data is involved, why it is needed, and how users stay in control.

Questions about privacy
Only what we need

We collect the minimum account, upload, and billing information required to process mosaics and operate the service.

Uploads stay scoped to you

Uploaded source images, generated mosaics, and optional zoom videos are stored per account and are not exposed publicly by default.

Controls stay with the creator

You can request deletion of your account data, remove jobs from your gallery, and export finished outputs whenever you need.

Information we collect

We may collect your email address, profile details, plan information, job metadata, uploaded source files, generated outputs, support messages, and limited diagnostic logs needed to keep the service stable.

Payment data is handled by the billing provider we integrate with. We only store the subscription state and references needed to unlock plan features.

How we use your data

Your data is used to authenticate you, process photomosaic jobs, enforce free and premium plan limits, deliver downloads, provide support, and improve product reliability.

We do not sell your uploads or generated artwork, and we do not use customer images for marketing without explicit permission.

Retention and deletion

Jobs remain available in your gallery until you delete them or your account is closed. Operational logs are retained only for as long as required for security, debugging, and compliance.

If you need a deletion request handled manually, contact support and include the account email tied to your workspace.

Security practices

We use access controls, environment-based secrets, and infrastructure monitoring to protect customer data. No internet-facing system is risk-free, so users should avoid uploading content they are not authorized to process.

If we identify a material incident affecting customer data, we will notify impacted users through the account email and support channels as required.

Your controls

You can delete jobs from your gallery, export generated assets, and contact support to request account-level deletion or clarification on retention. For operational requests, email contact@conzooming.com.
