Terms for using Conzooming

These terms describe how the service can be used, what remains yours, and how plan limits, billing, and account misuse are handled.

Read privacy policy

Service access

You are responsible for activity performed through your account, including the files uploaded and the download links you share.

You must not use the service to process content you do not have permission to upload, store, transform, or distribute.

Plans and limits

The free plan includes limited monthly jobs, capped output quality, and watermarking. Premium unlocks higher resolution, video generation, and higher service limits.

We may update plan packaging and pricing over time. Material billing changes will be communicated before renewal where required.

Customer content

You keep ownership of the images and generated artwork you upload or create through the platform, subject to any third-party rights attached to that content.

You grant Conzooming a limited license to store, process, transform, and deliver that content strictly for operating the product and supporting your account.

Availability and liability

We aim for reliable processing, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. Queue delays, infrastructure failures, and third-party outages can affect delivery times.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Conzooming is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, outages, or content loss.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate applicable law, attempt to bypass limits, or interfere with platform security.

You may stop using the service at any time. Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the active billing period unless stated otherwise.

Support and disputes

If something looks wrong with billing, job delivery, or account access, contact support first so we can resolve it directly and quickly.

Policy updates

We may revise these terms to reflect product, legal, or infrastructure changes. Updated terms will replace previous versions once published on the site.
